This is the solution to the OEM plastic y-pipes on 13+ Rams with the dual radiators. The upper plastic coolant y-pipe is notorious for cracking and spraying coolant all over your engine bay. You can be reassured that this y-pipe has NO fail points because it has no welds. Fits only models equipped with dual radiators.

Prevent Y-Pipe Failure:

Typically it is forgotten that your truck has two Y-Pipes. When the upper Y-Pipe is replaced, it can withstand higher pressures in the system so this leaves the lower Y-Pipe to remain a weak link in the chain. Do not suffice with “Hopefully it holds up” when you can be reassured it will NOT fail. This pipe is designed to replace both the upper or the lower y-pipe.
