Description
Cummins 24 Valve Billet side Draft intake. This universal intake is compatible with
nearly all VP, CR and 24 valve P 7100 mechanical injection pumps using either the
automotive or agricultural governor control housings. This intake comes universally
drilled to allow the mounting of 5.9 common rail injection lines, utilization of either a 5.9
or 6.7 common rail fuel log, Provisions for use of the factory sensor and a 3 bolt
mounting pattern at the front of the intake can accommodate the mounting of a twin cp3
kit. Air inlet clearance for mounting of a factory or aftermarket/billet style air inlet
adapter are among some of the features set this unit apart from the competition. A dual
inlet version is available for faster replenishment rates and lower pressure drops within
the intake system; this used in conjunction with ported high flowing competition cylinder
heads nets the used with an added increase in potential power. Mounting hardware
included ONLY for mounting the intake to the engine cylinder head. Specify application
use for proper cover and adapters. Requires use of gasket sealer for intake to block
mounting surface and a factory air inlet horn or adapter not included.
